The film stars Sampath Raj and Gautami Kapoor in the lead roles, while Anubhav Mohanty and Aishwarya Rajesh play supporting roles. A local businessman Anirudh is a person with a considerable personal wealth and a good reputation among his friends around him. His daughter, Niharika is in love with Akash Kumar, son of an underworld don, but her father refuses to give the consent for their marriage. Akash has got himself in to disagreements with his father in law over money matters and in order to buy his way out of the current situation he starts looking for help from his friend Rajesh. Ramesh whose father is the actual chairman of the school where Niharika studies, gives him a phone number of his close friend Anirudh to get help for his daughter’s marriage. Anirudh agrees to arrange for money for Akash but in return he wants Akash to fix up a business deal with him. During this process, both Rajesh and Niharika accept their love for one another.
